I had a really frustrating experience with my booking at Posada de Marques. Despite confirming my reservation over seven weeks in advance, I was informed two weeks later that there was no availability. They offered to book me into another hotel that had much poorer reviews. On top of that, I received no response to my requests for assistance or a refund. I cannot recommend a place that does not honor bookings or communicate with guests.

My experience with Posada de Marques was frustrating and disappointing. I booked well in advance for Dia de los Muertos, only to find out two weeks later that my reservation was canceled due to no availability. They suggested I move to Hotel America, which had much worse reviews and lacked essential amenities like hot water. To make matters worse, they didn't respond to my requests for a refund. It's hard to recommend a hotel that doesn't honor its bookings.
